Keeping success is more challenging than success itself. However, /44/ students were graduated from SKILLS in the second year programme, which clearly indicates how much SKILLS is growing fast, as a result of the management hard working and the strong support of Syrian Government.

In addition to his simple job, Moayad had joined SKILLS second group to start his own business project after 8 months of intensive business training.
«SKILLS is not a business training only, it is a tool for personal development training...SKILLS increased my confidence in myself» Moayed  said.
On the other hand, “Nardine Lutfi” from the same  graduated group won a 3-month internship training in a British organisation offered by Damask Rose Trust that obviously enhanced the success of the SKILLS initiative.
